The Host is responsible for shaping the guest experience from the very first moment someone enters KEEN.
As the first point of contact, you set the tone for the entire experience - creating an atmosphere that feels welcoming, calm, intentional, and deeply human. This role goes far beyond reception or check-in. Hosts are central to the flow, energy, and hospitality of the studio.
The right person combines warmth with professionalism, strong attention to detail with natural hospitality instincts, and calm execution within a fast-moving environment. You understand that exceptional experiences are built through consistency, presence, and care.
SKILLS
Technical
- Bookings, payments, and guest account management
- Stock level monitoring
- Studio readiness & cleanliness maintenance
- Knowledge of all offerings, classes, memberships, and retail
