OVERVIEW

The Volunteer Host supports the atmosphere, flow, and guest experience within the KEEN space.

This role is centred around presence, attentiveness, and hospitality — helping create an environment where guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their experience.

You are not simply assisting operations; you are contributing to the feeling people leave with. The role requires warmth, reliability, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to support others in a calm and thoughtful way.

SKILLS

Technical

• Basic check-in orientation and space navigation support
• Common area cleaning
• Cold plunge upkeep — monitors water levels, temperature, adds ice
• Onsite laundry — washing, drying, rolling towels
